What’s new in Circle Routes

Product updates across planning, warehouse operations, dispatch, drivers, customer experience, COD, returns, and analytics.

Run several hubs from one workspace
- Route Planning
- Multi-Hub
- Dispatch
With two or more of your own hubs, a hub tab appears at the top of every page. Pick a hub and planning, live tracking, dispatch and reports show only that hub, or pick All hubs to see everything.
- Each hub plans on its own, at the same time
  A planning run covers one hub’s stops and drivers. Hubs plan side by side, and the same hub can’t be planned twice at once.
- Planning settings belong to the hub
  Mode, vehicles, stops per vehicle, shift, fleet mix and the warehouse to plan are kept per hub, so one hub’s changes never move another hub’s plan.
- Route names carry the hub code
  Each hub numbers its own routes, for example DXB-R5 - 01.11.26.
- Orders keep the hub they arrived with
  Orders sent without a warehouse go to their merchant’s or store’s Default hub, else the Main hub, and stay there. Warehouses with history are deactivated, never deleted.

Motorcycles and vans in one plan

Give each driver a vehicle type. Small orders near the hub go on motorcycles, bulky ones stay on vans, and both are planned in the same run. Ask our support team to turn it on for your account.
- Orders go to a vehicle that can carry them
  Each vehicle type has its own limits on boxes, weight, volume and order size. An order too big for a bike is planned on a van, and you choose whether orders with no size given can go on a bike.
- Rounds from the hub
  Bikes deliver, come back to reload and go out again until the shift ends. Drivers scan each round before they leave, and the live timeline shows the reload stops.
- Keep bikes close to the hub
  Limit a vehicle type to chosen zones, a distance, or a drive time around the hub. Day zones still take over on the days you set them.
- ETAs at motorcycle speed and Insights by vehicle type
  Bike travel times use their own speed setting in Traffic. Efficiency, accuracy, cost and the planning-run log can be split by vehicle type.
