Each plan includes a monthly stop allowance (500, 1k, 3k, 7.5k, 20k, or 50k). A stop is counted the first time it is delivered, collected, visited, or marked failed. Cancelled stops and warehouse returns are not counted again. Extra stops are billed at low per-stop rates on your next invoice. Upgrade the base plan only when it saves you money.
