Common questions
Does it work with full UK postcodes?
Yes. Stops resolve on postcode and street number, and a planner can drop a pin by hand when the written address is ambiguous.
Can we allow for slow city-centre traffic?
Draw a zone around the area and set a slower speed for the hours it applies to. Both the planned route and the live ETAs use it.
Do drivers have to install an app?
There is an Android app, and mobile web works if you would rather not install anything. Both capture photo proof and signatures.
How do recipients get updated?
Automated email and SMS when the van is on the way, on arrival, and once a stop is finished, alongside a tracking link that shows the driver moving.
