How it runs here
Cash on delivery is still part of the job for a lot of fleets here, so drivers record what they took at each stop and the totals reconcile per driver at handover. Addresses resolve on postal code and colonia, with a pin for the ones that need it. Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey can each run as their own depot.
